Super Parents to Be (Prenatal)

Congratulations on your pending arrival! Becoming a parent (whether for the first or fifth time) is an incredible experience. But along with all the excitement, many of us feel anxious as we await the arrival of our little ones. How will my delivery go? How well will my baby eat? What will it be like when we go home? If it's not your first, how will the baby's siblings react? And last, but certainly not least, will my baby be a good sleeper?

You've come to the right place if that last question is on your mind as you approach the end of your pregnancy (I don't know anyone for whom it hasn't been!). We don't "sleep train" newborns (0-12 weeks old), as they're rapidly growing and developing, and need to eat more frequently. With the proactive Prenatal Starter Package, you'll be setting yourself up for success, teaching your baby how to fall asleep and stay asleep on his own, so that everyone can start sleeping through the night once he is a healthy age and weight.

*Our goal with newborns is not to have them sleeping through the night immediately. The Prenatal Starter Package is meant to educate families about newborn sleep and provide tools to help parents teach their babies healthy sleep habits.

Being proactive about your baby's sleep will help you lay a great foundation for healthy sleep habits as soon as you bring baby home, preventing bigger problems from developing down the road, as your baby grows into an infant, toddler, and beyond.

In our 60 minutes together, we'll talk about the unique sleep needs of newborns and how to establish a good routine/schedule of feeding and sleeping from the start. We will walk through the Newborn Healthy Sleep Habits Guide, addressing common daytime and nighttime sleep difficulties so you know what to expect and how to help your baby navigate through them.

An easy way to keep track of your baby's daytime and nighttime sleep, so you and I can track his/her progress over time.

Two 30-Minute Follow-Up Phone Calls

We'll connect over the phone twice to discuss any questions you have and make any course corrections as needed. These can be used anytime during your child's first 8 weeks of life.

Two Follow-Up Email Sessions

We'll also connect via email twice. Again, you can use these emails at any point during your child's first 8 weeks of life. I will respond to these emails within 24 hours M-F.
